The Core modules are designed to provide core information architecture for a society or condominium. It includes provision of a society micro-site. The Micro-site includes functionalities of master data management, communication and complaints management. Let it be making a maintenance complaint, or getting new tenant or booking club facilities. It also enables communication between the residents such as major happening, events being celebrated or general awareness campaigns.

    Master Data is the core module and manages the master data for a society such as units, owners, tenants, residents, family members, parking, service providers etc.

  • Complaints Management

    Complaints management is a core module and manages the interaction between the residents and the administrators for day to day complaints and issues in the operations of the society or condominium.

  • Communication

    The communication module is to facilitate communication between all the stakeholders in the society such as residents, society administrators and facility administrators. It supports forums. publishing notices on notice boards, sharing events information, sharing society documents etc. As it maintains the history, the information would be available to the society for a reasonable period of time.

  • Association Administration

    The association administration module facility the co-operative society or resident welfare society office bearers or representatives to manage the affairs of the society such as registration, member maintenance, meetings, elections etc.
